A Safety Certificate is issued after a vehicle passes a minimum safety standard inspection. A safety certificate covers basic things that could affect the safe operation of the vehicle, such as

  • Tyres – Tread must be Min.1.5m
  • Brakes
  • Steering
  • Suspension
  • Body Rust or Damage
  • No Leaks – Oil etc
  • Road Test the Vehicle
  • Windscreen – No Cracks or Damage obscuring the Drivers vision
  • Lights – All Lights must be operational
